About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Escrow Operations Specialist to join our team at Infinite Title. This role is responsible for managing various escrow-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Handling: Effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing professional and courteous communication to clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Process Documentation: Prepare and process escrow documents, including title commitments, deeds, and closing statements, in compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
  • File Management: Accurately open, maintain, and close escrow files, ensuring all necessary documents and conditions are met.
  • Title Examination: Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Lien Searches: Conduct municipal lien searches to identify and address any liens.
  • Survey Coordination: Manage survey requests and ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Disbursements: Prepare and disburse funds according to closing instructions.
  • Customer Communication: Provide updates and communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the escrow process.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with industry-specific software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions; proactive in resolving challenges.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to team goals.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
