Recovery Guidance Role

We are seeking a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) to serve our Goldsboro location, guiding clients through their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, ensuring individualized treatment plans and long-term recovery efforts within our SACOT program.
  • Create and implement treatment plans based on client assessments, providing one-on-one counseling to support recovery goals.
  • Maintain detailed client records in compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $19 per hour, ranging from $18-22 hourly.

Required Qualifications
  • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) certification required, along with experience in substance abuse counseling, particularly in group settings.
  • Familiarity with SACOT and outpatient care protocols, strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
