Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor departmental budgets and regulatory compliance
  • Determine and justify needs for systems, equipment, supplies purchases, monitor usage, and oversee proper working order and stock supplies
  • Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management
  • Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, labor utilization, and retention, payroll, and student engagements
  • Assess the quality of patient care delivered and provide patient and family-centered care
  • Manage complaints and conflicts through to resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Three (3) years nursing experience and one (1) year supervisory experience
  • Biological Hazards - Respiratory = 80%
  • Cytotoxic Chemicals = 60%
  • Hazardous Chemicals = 80%
  • Computer Monitor = 80%
  • Domestic Animals = 40%
  • Fire Risk = 40%
  • Magnetic Fields = 40%
