Job Summary:

Saginaw Products Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Assembler to join our production team. As a key member of our assembly department, you will be responsible for assembling complex products with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient assembly processes to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering team to resolve product issues and improve assembly procedures.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of blueprints and assembly tools.
  • Manage inventory and materials to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Perform critical assembly procedures and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work closely with production team to meet quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, use hands to handle objects, and climb or balance as needed.
  • Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
