Job Title: Client Service Representative: Day and Afternoon Shifts

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced veterinary hospital setting? We're seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with our hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide exceptional support via face-to-face, phone, chat, and email, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to navigate admitting their pets into our hospital, reviewing financial options, deposits, and expectations.
  • Maintain and update client and patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, owners, and doctors regarding special needs or questions from clients.
  • Answer incoming calls, make appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming hospital environment, both inside and out.
  • Process scan files, RDVM requests, pet insurance, record requests, and faxes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Participate in training and CE opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the CSR Lead as directed, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a veterinarian hospital setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client service environment, with proficiency in answering multi-line phones, obtaining medical records, checking clients in/out, managing schedules, and communicating with clients via email and phone.
  • Previous knowledge of EzyVet and Vet Radar operating software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Critical thinking and exceptional resolution/problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-stress environment, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
