About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-quality parts and assemblies.
  • Analyze production flow and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean principles.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launch.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to external vendors involved in the process.
  • Manage and track projects with accountability for successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or operations.
  • Experience working on major projects, including new product launches.
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership and manage manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
