Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide clear and concise medical information to empower patients with knowledge about their health.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure timely access to critical information.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with established guidelines.
