Top Notch Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company to potential clients and assisting them through the sales and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Top Notch Contracting LLC to potential clients and assist them through the sales and insurance processes.
- Build a referral network for future business opportunities.
- Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and serve as the first point of contact for property owners.
- Collaborate with back-end office and production support.
- Create happy customers to generate referrals and positive reviews.
- Participate in networking and marketing events to strengthen relationships.
- Continuously enhance your sales skills through professional development and training.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Upbeat, positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Ability to use ladders for inspections.
- Organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
- Base Pay + Commission.
- Performance Bonuses.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as needed.
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
