  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Monitor and control inventory and supplies to ensure timely ordering and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
