Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThis role involves leading the implementation of Cubex hardware and software solutions for veterinary practices.
Responsibilities include managing remote or onsite installation of Cubex hardware and software solutions, conducting client staff training, providing technical support, workflow audits, and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams.
Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions, internal coordination with the integration team and account managers related to client integration technology and post-account management/support needs.
The ideal candidate will have problem-solving and creativity skills, assessing workflows and offering alternatives for success, concise and effective communication skills, strong organizational and independent project management skills.
They will also be able to deliver end-user training, work well with client and internal teams in building strong relationships that deliver success, and have a consultative approach in guiding customers to utilize our solutions to their greatest benefit.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in the veterinary, medical, or healthcare industry roles
- Software implementation experience and/or inventory management experience
- Certification(s) in veterinary field preferred, inclusive of RVT, LVT, and CVT
- Inventory management certification or equivalent experience is a plus
This position offers an annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a generous internet and cell phone stipend, home office technologies provided by the company (laptop, monitors, webcam, etc.), open PTO including 9 observed holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance progressively paid by the company after year 2, flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, 401K with a generous company contribution, company-paid long-term disability and life insurance, employee assistance program, United Pet Care pet coverage, and gym membership stipend.
