• Write professional estimates for light damaged vehicles
• Actively promote repair services to customers
• Understand basic insurance programs, including DRP and non-DRP
• Obtain necessary signatures, work authorizations, and powers of attorney
• Communicate with customers on the repair process in a timely and effective manner
• Review final bills, supplements, and vehicles before customer contact
• Check the quality and thoroughness of completed repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Protect customer vehicles during the repair process
• Collaborate with associates on daily planning and release meetings
• Track production schedules and communicate targets with customers and associates
• Exhibit professionalism when dealing with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and associates
• Maintain industry education to stay up-to-date on repair requirements and product knowledge
• Collect Accounts Receivable on insurance, wholesale accounts, and commission payments

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to comprehend and read instructions
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair practices
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates or work orders
• Ability to operate an automobile
