Elite Material Handling is seeking a skilled Parts Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for researching and acquiring a variety of parts associated with our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and acquire parts to fulfill customer needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist customers and technicians with their parts-related needs.
  • Help identify, source, and order parts for forklifts and warehouse-related products.
  • Prepare customer quotes and process paperwork as necessary.
  • Pull orders and place stock orders.
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts, van inventories, and receiving stock.
  • Deliver parts in the field when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience with inventory control processes is preferred.
  • Experience with forklift parts, overhead commercial doors, loading dock levelers, and other related warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, with at least 2 years preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven service environment.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematical skills or accounting processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work without supervision, occasionally in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, across remote offices.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate to high noise level. Employees may work with coworkers in various locations, including warehouses. Exposure to high voltage AC/DC power is common in many work environments.
