Job Summary

We are seeking a Miner Maintenance Technician 1 to join our growing Miner Maintenance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting Bitcoin miners at our Rockdale, TX location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic diagnostic techniques to identify issues with miners
  • Perform basic repair techniques to resolve miner issues
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of miners, parts, and tools
  • Find IP addresses of new machines being installed into shelves
  • Provide detailed information for work orders to be submitted to supervisors
  • Keep the miner repair room and work area clean and organized
  • Craft new RJ-45 connections
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with networking and computer troubleshooting preferred
  • Computer literacy required
  • Miner repair/operator certifications a plus
