Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at Alliance Industrial Refrigeration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Work closely with our Construction Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, inspect work in progress, and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage their expectations, and ensure that their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular travel to project sites. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Personal Protective Equipment: The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including a hard hat, safety glasses, and safety boots, as required by the job.

Travel: The successful candidate may be required to travel up to 100% of the time, dependent on project requirements.
