Nurse Practitioner Position in Seattle

We are seeking an experienced primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a skilled nursing facility, we provide high-quality care to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. This includes managing chronic disease, diagnosing illnesses and medical conditions, and implementing a plan of care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong clinical background.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Manage chronic disease and implement a plan of care
- Diagnose illnesses and medical conditions
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
- 1 or more years of experience in primary care
- Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner license in the state of Washington
- Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington
- Flexible weekday schedule with weekday call requirements only
