Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coordination to ensure the optimal care of patients in the Orthopedic Destination Center program.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and enhance the program's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Orthopedics.
  • Prior supervisory or program management experience is preferred.
  • Current Montana licensure and Orthopedic Certification (ONC) are required.
