Compensation and Benefits

  • The estimated hourly range for this position is $27.50-$41.50 per hour, with actual pay dependent upon experience.

Job Description

  • The Medical Laboratory Scientist performs a variety of chemical, hematologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures following established standards and practices.
  • Data collected is used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent training acceptable to ASCP or AMT.
  • Certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist from ASCP or AMT required within one year of hire.

Work Schedule

  • This full-time position requires working Monday through Friday evenings, with occasional day shift hours for the clinic included. Rotation of every third weekend and holiday overnight shifts may be required.
