Avera is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of chemical, hematologic, microscopic and bacteriologic procedures following established standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease
  • Analyze data and results to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist from ASCP or AMT required within one year of hire
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting preferred
