Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Nurse to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current RN licensure in the State of NH or valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification within six months of hire
- TNCC certification within two years of hire
