Network Systems Administrator

Trandon Associates, Inc is seeking a skilled Network Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization's network systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform, ensuring seamless communication between systems and users.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they occur.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, extending its lifespan and ensuring optimal performance.
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches, protecting sensitive data and maintaining the integrity of the network.
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring business continuity in the event of a disaster.
- Document all technical procedures and user guides, providing clear and concise instructions for colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a network or systems administrator, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols, as well as a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
