Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at SITE Staffing. This is a 1st shift, Monday to Friday position with an estimated salary range of $17 - $18 per hour.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products using various tools and equipment. You will also read and analyze charts and work orders to ensure accurate production.

You will inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions and demonstrate equipment operations and work safety procedures. Additionally, you will observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production standards.

Requirements
  • You must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • You will frequently use your hands to finger, feel, or handle objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands or arms. You may occasionally stand and walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. You must be able to walk or stand on concrete for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • You must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
  • You will require specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to focus.
Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to concrete flooring. The employee is required to spend most of their time standing and walking throughout the day.
