Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including conveyors, labelers, printers, and other machinery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to machinery noise and occasional exposure to grease, ink, and dust. Steel-toe shoes and earplugs are required.
