Job Summary

The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, customers, and the environment at 3D Glass Solutions, Inc. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of EH&S policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • EH&S Program Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.
  • Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report all incidents, including injuries, illnesses, and environmental releases.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are aware of EH&S policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure a safe and effective response to emergencies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate EH&S information to employees, management, and external stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to ensure EH&S is integrated into business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational/Environmental Health and Safety.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on EH&S.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations, policies, and procedures; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
