Electrophysiology Technician Role

Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join their team for a 13-week contract in Washington, D.C. This opportunity offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the advancement of cardiovascular care.

About the Job

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week

This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist cardiologists during electrophysiology procedures using specialized equipment and techniques.
  2. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring they are comfortable and secure.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies that may arise.
  4. Maintain accurate records of patient data and procedure outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certification as an Electrophysiology Technician (EPT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
