Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Therapist to join our team at Denver Springs. As an Inpatient Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • LSW, CSW, LPCC, LPC, MFTC, LMFT, ADDC, or ACD licensure accepted.
  • CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
