We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting optimal health and well-being.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working in a home health setting, providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically related disorders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques, including modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting, utilizing a continuum of services to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating a variety of techniques, including modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit settings.
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
- Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CO Driver License within 60 days of hire.
We offer a competitive salary range of $31.50 to $54.57 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision options, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. We also offer tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness, and a range of other perks.
