Se requiere un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia como paraprofesional o en educación especial.

Ubicación: Tazewell, VA

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Asistir a los docentes en la gestión del aula y el apoyo instruccional.
  • Proporcionar apoyo individual o en grupos pequeños a los estudiantes.
  • Ayudar en la implementación de programas educativos individualizados (IEPs).
  • Preparar materiales y organizar el equipo del aula.
  • Apoyar a estudiantes con necesidades especiales mediante la provisión de adaptaciones.
  • Supervisar a los estudiantes durante el almuerzo, recreo y otras actividades.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas como archivo y fotocopiado.

Calificaciones:

  • Título de secundaria o equivalente (se prefiere un título de asociado).
  • Experiencia trabajando con niños en un entorno educativo es un plus.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Paciencia, flexibilidad y una actitud positiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con docentes, personal y estudiantes.

Preferido:

  • Experiencia con niños con necesidades especiales.
  • Familiaridad con IEPs.
