Job Overview

Tree House Brewing Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations across multiple locations.

Talent Acquisition

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees at Tree House Brewing Company. This will include working with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and developing long-term talent strategies.

  • Post job openings on various platforms, including the company's website, social media, and job boards.
  • Source and attract top talent through creative recruitment methods.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Ensure all new hires receive a comprehensive onboarding experience.
Benefits Administration

This role will also oversee benefits administration, including leading the annual benefits enrollment process and discussing benefit options with new hires. Additionally, you will administer all new hire paperwork and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate benefits enrollment for designated locations.
  • Communicate benefit options clearly to new hires.
  • Process and maintain accurate new hire paperwork.
Employee Relations

The Human Resources Generalist will provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, conflict resolution, and benefits. You will promote HR programs to create a positive work environment, assist in policy development, and undertake tasks around performance management.

  • Offer guidance and support to employees in need.
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in policy creation and implementation.
  • Support performance management and review processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. You should have a strong understanding of general HR policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Additionally, you should be proficient in ATS and HRIS systems.

  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
