Responsibilities

  • Independently and responsibly revise, develop, and optimize the company-specific quality management system according to current quality standards.
  • Ensure support needs in daily operations and compliance with relevant guidelines for occupational safety, hygiene, environment, energy, and quality, including the effective implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the energy management system (EnMS).
  • Organize and ensure compliant internal and external audits and certifications, as well as the entire QM system (including EnMS meetings).
  • Independently conduct analyses (e.g. deviation analyses), identify process and system deficiencies, formulate quality objectives, and define action plans to achieve them.
  • Ensure relevant controls, investigations, and conduct system and process audits.
  • Prepare quality evaluations/statistics/developments, including quarterly reviews for management, and conduct hazard analysis to identify critical control points (HACCP, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  • Define criteria and procedures necessary for ensuring effective functioning and control of the EnMS, such as promoting awareness of the EnMS and energy goals across departments, delegating tasks, and monitoring and improving the system.
