- Handle customer complaints and challenging situations with care.
- Answer phone calls as necessary.

Sales and Promotions:
- Actively promote and sell products or services, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on current promotions and offers to inform customers.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Introduce customer loyalty programs and special promotions effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Merchandising:

- Assist in loss prevention by observing for theft or suspicious behavior.

Teamwork:

- Work with diverse teams across the organization to achieve common goals.

Cash Management:
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register balancing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic cash registers and POS systems.
- Basic math and computer skills are required.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including cold and hot environments.
