As a Store Management Team Member, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, including customer service, cost management, and employee training. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation
- Prepare periodic reports, including sales control, employee scheduling, and more
- Organize and supervise employee shifts
- Participate in management and personnel meetings
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
- Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Associate/Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position
- Strong organizational, communications, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Adaptability and thorough understanding of the 85°C concept
