Store Management Team Member

Are you looking for a career in retail management? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success? 85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Management Team Member to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including customer service, cost management, and employee training.
  • Take ownership of store performance and ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic reports, including sales control, employee scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Organize and supervise employee shifts, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Participate in management and personnel meetings to drive business growth and employee development.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety in the store.
  • Additional duties as required to support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' progressive experience in fast food or related food operations, with leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
  • Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
  • Adaptability and a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
