Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support:
    1. Oversee task and test planning, manage resources, assess risks, ensure quality, generate reports, handle budget management, and engage in strategic planning.
    2. Actively participate in meetings, briefings, and progress reviews, providing essential information and reports to Government representatives.
  • Documentation Support:
    1. Develop and maintain program documentation, validate technical specifications, and create Standard Operating Procedures, technical drawings, and project documentation.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling Support:
    1. Provide administrative assistance, manage resource scheduling, prepare Return on Investment reports, and develop project plans/schedules and test plans.
    2. Adhere to the Agency's review and change management policies and procedures.
    3. Submit necessary documents to the designated Agency Point of Contact for approval prior to implementing changes.
  • Task Order Management Support:
    1. Develop Task Order Management Plans, attend program meetings, submit monthly status updates, and coordinate Quarterly Program Management Reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess IAM II Certification (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP).
