The Coat Drive Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of new and used coats to our nonprofit partners, managing coat distribution events, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of coats to nonprofit partners and manage coat distribution events.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to recipient organizations and coat donors.
  • Review Coat Drive applications, maintain accurate records, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Staff the Coat Drive warehouse in midtown to receive coat deliveries and facilitate sorting and distribution projects.
Requirements
  • A motivated team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in-person on a regular basis, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite.
Compensation and Benefits
