Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented Veterinary Leader to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of dedicated professionals, and driving business growth.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled veterinarian who is passionate about delivering high-quality medical care and building strong relationships with clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat diseases, and provide preventive care to ensure optimal health outcomes for our patients.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and promote a positive work environment.
- Drive Business Growth: Participate in strategic planning, contribute to business development initiatives, and maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree: Must be a graduate of an accredited veterinary program and licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state where the hospital is located.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $118,000 - $210,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
