Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of professionals in delivering claims consulting services for public and private sector projects across the United States.
- Exercise technical leadership in areas such as expert witness, forensic schedule analysis, financial damages analysis, claims and dispute resolution, risk management, value engineering, and contracting excellence.
- Implement high technical standards across the organization for excellence in service delivery, aligning with global practices and industry best practices.
- Establish, maintain, and oversee reporting standards to meet the needs of local and global clients, embracing technology-enabled digital reporting solutions.
- Manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions related to Contract Solutions services, promoting additional value-added solutions to new and existing customer base.
- Coordinate with Arcadis Account Leaders, Project Managers, and Team Leaders to manage risk in service delivery and ensure efficient financial control.
- Communicate with client and team members to ensure all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.
- A Bachelor or Masters' degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience in project controls, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, productivity analysis, claims, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in growing, developing, and leading successful teams of consulting professionals, with direct responsibility for financial performance.
- A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail, well-organized, and able to operate independently under a broad direction.
