Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee detailed phases of engineering work for major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
  • Engage in conventional engineering practices while addressing complex features such as design conflicts, special material needs, and coordination challenges.
  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of civil/site design elements and related specialties, including geometric layout, road and drainage design, and utility coordination.
  • Interpret and apply relevant state and municipal regulations and design standards to all projects.
  • Implement office design procedures and graphic standards, ensuring compliance in all drawings.
  • Estimate quantities and costs based on final plans, maintaining organized records.
  • Possess foundational skills in AutoCAD and Land Development.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Experience Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience is preferred, with responsibilities encompassing the engineering and design of various public improvement and private sector land development projects.
