We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide wound care and ostomy visits for our patients in Genesee and Lapeer counties.
Requirements- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum one year of Home Health nursing experience (preferred)
- Graduated from an accredited WOC nursing education program
- Prior work experience as Wound/Ostomy consult RN working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide competent, compassionate care to all ages of the population
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
