About the Role

Aramark is seeking a skilled Facilities Operator to join our team. As a Facilities Operator, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility equipment in assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on heating facility equipment, including pumps, compressors, reducing stations, and heat exchangers.
  • Conduct annual maintenance overhauls on all applicable equipment.
  • Repair and maintain air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems as required.
  • Monitor running equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities maintenance and operation.
  • Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
