Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Travel Position

Go Healthcare is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team as a travel occupational therapy assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Current licensure and certification in the state of practice, as required.
