Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Vector CSP LLC. This role involves providing engineering and technical support to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic for the USCG Integrated Product Team (IPT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for outfitting Coast Guard cutters with C5I systems and ensuring seamless integration and technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with customers' key personnel involved in logistics activities.
  • Analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and apply sound judgment to resolve challenges.
  • Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling, and tracking work assignments, while ensuring resource availability.
  • Perform managerial duties such as hiring, training employees, and overseeing facility needs or requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three years of experience in defense lifecycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems.
  • At least one year of experience supporting C4ISR or similar systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, LTD, STD, life insurance, dental, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
