About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing preventive and primary health services to our patients, including conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, and developing and implementing treatment plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, communicate effectively with patients and their families, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current California NP or PA license, training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice, and a commitment to working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
LifeLong Medical Care offers a competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000/year, a sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 403(b) retirement savings plan, and loan repayment programs. We are a qualified site for federal and state loan repayment programs, and we offer a collaborative team model of care, integrating case management and behavioral health services to address the various medical and psychosocial factors impacting our patients' overall health.
