As a key member of our therapy team, the Supervisor, Therapy and Rehab will lead the development and implementation of overall therapy policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement overall therapy policies, procedures, and programs
  • Supervise and expand health rehabilitation teams and programs
  • Participate in the measurement, assessment, and improvement of rehabilitation services and programs
  • Provide input for the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the rehabilitation services department
  • Assist in the contribution of strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and attainment of the strategic initiatives of the organization
Requirements
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation
  • Current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
