About the Role

We're seeking an experienced RN to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. In this dynamic position, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to assess individuals, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide education on psychiatric diagnosis, medications, and treatments. Your expertise will help individuals navigate complex health issues and achieve stability and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments, documenting pertinent information and collaborating with colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families regarding psychiatric diagnoses, medications, and treatment options.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to de-escalate potentially aggressive situations and promote positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration, medical/behavioral health assessments, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent experience)
  • Active license as a Registered Professional Nurse through State Board of Nursing (or multistate licensure privilege)
  • Competencies in conducting alcohol or other drug-focused nursing assessments (ASAM 3.7)
  • Familiarity with Crisis Intervention techniques and Safe Clinch patient restraint methods

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this role is $45-$70 per hour. We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages to ensure our employees are valued and supported throughout their careers.
