Job Summary

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care and services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising assigned nurses and medical support staff, implementing and coordinating all nursing care and infection control activities, and providing continuity of nursing program services in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care and services for clients, including case management and behavioral interventions.
  • Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives for nursing services, in collaboration with leadership and medical providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including DMH, TJC, and Medicaid regulations.
  • Provide training, testing, and quality control for health services staff, and maintain knowledge of current infection control techniques.
  • Participate in health education and serve as a health consultant and resource person to clients, parents, and non-medical personnel.
  • Collect performance improvement data and develop strategies to improve nursing care and services.
Requirements
  • A current Illinois RN license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Behavioral health nursing experience and previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records.
