We are seeking highly motivated and flexible Substitute Assistant Teachers to join our team at CIFC's Danbury Early Learning Programs. As a Substitute, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading to permanent employment and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classrooms in maintaining routines, curriculum, meals, and activities for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
  • Work under the direction of the Substitute Coordinator and daily classroom Teacher.
  • Provide support in planning and implementing educational activities.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Have some childcare or preschool experience (or be motivated to learn).
