About Us

Ice Castles LLC is a unique winter attraction located in cities across North America. Our team of professional ice artists hand-place hundreds of thousands of icicles to create breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, and fountains.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ambiance Designer to join our team and help bring our frozen wonderland to life. The Ambiance Designer will be responsible for designing and installing sound and lighting systems within the ice structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and install sound and lighting systems within the ice structures
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of ambiance installation and operation
  • Develop new and innovative ambiance ideas to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Basic Algebra skills
  • Ability to work outside in cold temperatures
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs
  • Positive Attitude and Quick Learner
  • Team Player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Electrical Experience
  • AV Experience
  • Pyrotechnic Experience
  • Experience Using Power Tools
  • Heavy Equipment Operation

Compensation

This is a paid position with an estimated salary range of $22-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
