We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
- Coordinate care through effective partnerships and adapt service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Participate in bedside shift report and keep patients and significant others updated on their care plan.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support research and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Direct Patient Care Experience Preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
