Mobile Respiratory Care Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team in the Dundalk area. As a seasoned RRT, you will provide critical respiratory care services to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering respiratory therapy treatments and conducting thorough assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring patient progress to make adjustments as needed.
- Educating patients and their families on effective respiratory care techniques to promote self-management and independence.
- Ensuring adherence to strict safety and regulatory standards to prevent complications and maintain quality care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current RRT certification and active state licensure.
- Significant experience in respiratory care, preferably in a mobile or travel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to adapt quickly to varying healthcare environments and priorities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for assignments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus generous travel allowances.
