Job Summary

This position will work with a team to enter data that supports the customer remittance segment of the business. The individual will also be expected to spend a portion of their time working with production departments completing shipping, bindery and other production tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment like Opex scanners, Envelope openers, PCs and other.
  • Identify and sort: Cash, Check and Credit Card payments. Check for items that are sorted incorrectly, and process rejects as needed.
  • Open, scan, process and store transactions as required by client. Determine if Optimal Character Recognition (OCR) documents can be processed.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Cross-train and learn to perform other job functions within operations as needed.
  • Supports operations and contributes to team results by performing other production or related jobs as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: High School/GED, 3 years prior experience in customer service.
